If you already own a NXS-97xx-3G device and would like to upgrade it to 4G, this item will allow it. Please note, that this item is only for devices with hardware Rev.2, Rev.3 (MAC address starts with: 78:A7:14:55/56...)

It will be required to send your device to our Support Center for the radio module replacement. An additional cost of sending the device back to you will be added during checkout (depending on your destination country).

1. Purchase a 3G to 4G modem replacement for each modem (2x for NXS-9750 3G (dual modem) device at the online store.

2. Input the return address in Shipping details.

3. Ship the devices to our HQ via insured courier service:

4. Once the replacement is ready, we will ship the devices back to the address used in the order.

Price for 1 modem (must be multiplied for multimodem devices).
