SMSEagle Amazon Gift card Giveaway – Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Proximus Sp. z o.o. (owner of SMSEagle brand) or their relatives are not eligible to enter or win a prize. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest entry period begins at 12:00pm on Monday, February 13, 2023 and ends at 11:59pm on Thursday, February 23, 2023 (the “Contest Period”). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Contest Period.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, post a picture of your Proximus Sp. z o.o. device on Facebook or LinkedIn. Limit One (1) Entry per person during the Contest Period via Facebook or LinkedIn.

  • The picture has to show an SMSEagle device, where its being used (server room or even a desk top) or alternatively, a picture of SMSEagle logo at your place of business
  • Tag SMSEagle profile in your post or use hashtag #smseagle10yrs

PRIZE:  One (1) of Five (5) Amazon Gift Cards worth $200 USD or one (1) of ten (10) Amazon Gift Cards worth $50 USD. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize. No prize transfer.

WINNER SELECTION:

  1. Five best pictures selected by Proximus will be awarded with Amazon Gift Cards worth $200 USD.
  2. Ten winners will be determined by random drawing and awarded with Amazon Gift Cards worth $50 USD.
  3. Winner will be selected from entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Proximus held on Thursday, February 27, 2023. Winners will be notified via comment in their entry post the following day.
  4. The decisions of Proximus on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final.

CONDITIONS: Proximus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest (or portion thereof).   Proximus also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the Entry of any individual. All federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, Proximus Sp. z o.o. reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party. By entering, entrant waives all rights to bring (and covenants not to bring) any claim against Proximus or any other associated with this Contest. Entrants further agree to release and hold harmless Proximus from any and all liability arising from their participation in the Contest, or Proximus’s use of any entry information.

PUBLICITY AND RELEASE:  As a condition of entry into the Contest, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to Proximus, all right, title and interest in to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the Contest picture (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, or approval of the winner. If Winner does not respond to notification, or is not present when prize delivery is attempted, such prize will be forfeited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
